Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping usually takes 5–10 business days for US orders. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination.

We accept returns for unworn clothing items shipped within the US, provided they are returned with original tags and clear SKU packaging intact.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, simply return the item and place a new order.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.

Bodysuits, Intimates, Lingerie & Swimwear items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@fluxora.com with photos of the issue.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for a refund or replacement to be processed.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after your return is received and inspected at our facility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and a confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been completed.

Returns sent outside the approved return window or without original tags and SKU packaging may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be rejected.

Our products are designed to follow standard US sizing. For the best fit, we recommend checking the size chart provided on each product page before placing your order.

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.

Orders may only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After this period, processing begins and changes may no longer be possible.
